Our solventless ice water extraction service uses a carefully controlled cold-water process to separate and preserve the plant’s natural trichome heads without the use of chemical solvents. Every batch is handled with a focus on quality, cleanliness, and preservation of the plant’s unique terpene and cannabinoid profile.
The process begins with preparation of purified RO water, ice, and frozen starting material. Fresh frozen cannabis is processed through a specialized ice water extraction system designed to gently agitate the material and separate the highest-quality trichome heads from the plant matter. Multiple collection stages allow us to evaluate and separate different grades of hash based on quality, appearance, and melt characteristics.
Throughout the extraction process, samples are inspected under magnification to evaluate trichome quality and ensure only premium material moves forward. The collected hash is carefully handled, frozen, and prepared for drying to preserve its structure, flavor, and potency.
After freeze drying, the finished bubble hash is evaluated, weighed, and prepared for final processing. Depending on the desired product outcome, the hash can be cold cured, packaged as bubble hash, or pressed into solventless rosin using controlled heat and pressure techniques.

A complete run typically requires approximately 7 hours of hands-on processing time, plus freeze drying time. Each batch receives careful attention from start to finish to maximize quality, consistency, and yield while protecting the characteristics that make premium solventless concentrates unique.
